This hat features pleated silk dupion reminiscent of a scallop shell. It is adorned with a bow at the back.
The Playful Pleats Percher is perfect for a garden party, wedding or the races.

This is a one size fits all hat, as it perches on top of the head. The fastening is an elastic. This shape is fully wired, so can be bent to fit your head shape for extra comfort.
