This hat features pleated silk dupion reminiscent of a scallop shell. It is adorned with a bow at the back.
The Playful Pleats Percher is perfect for a garden party, wedding or the races.

This is a one size fits all hat, as it perches on top of the head. The fastening is a brunette elastic. This shape is fully wired, so can be bent to fit your head shape for extra comfort.
