Out of the Sea

A striking felt casque hat inspired by octopuses and the Women’s Institute’s “End Plastic Soup” campaign. The colour of the felt is a deep cool-toned purple. The tentacle like shape is adorned with a cascade of mother of pearl chip beads.

This is a one size fits all hat, as it perches on top of the head. It is fully wired, so can be bent to the shape of your head. The fastening is a couple of small metal combs at the back of the hat.

Length (over the top)= 30cm
Width (at centre front) = 15cm
